1. Introduction
Welcome to Kaiora (“we,” “us,” “our”). These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Kaiora mobile application, website, and related services (“Services”). By accessing or using Kaiora, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our Services.

2. Eligibility & Accounts
You must be at least 18 years old to use Kaiora. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet this requirement. You agree to provide accurate, current information and maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials. You are responsible for all activity on your account.
3. Services Provided
Kaiora provides personalized health, nutrition, activity, and sleep/recovery insights. The Services are designed for informational and educational purposes only and are not a substitute for professional medical advice. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before making significant lifestyle or medical decisions.
4. Subscriptions & Payments
4.1 Subscription Model
Kaiora offers subscription-based access to premium features. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges based on the plan selected. Pricing and billing intervals are shown during checkout and may vary by region or currency.
4.2 Payment Processing
- Direct Subscriptions: When subscribing through the Kaiora website or app (outside app stores), payments are processed securely via Stripe. Kaiora Inc. is the merchant of record.
- App Store Subscriptions: If subscribing through the Apple App Store or Google Play, payments and renewals are managed by those platforms under their own terms.
4.3 Renewal & Cancellation
- Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless canceled beforehand.
- You may cancel at any time:
- Stripe customers: via Kaiora account settings or by emailing info@kaiora.ai
- Apple or Google users: via your app store account settings
4.4 Refund Policy
Canceling a subscription before the billing period ends does not entitle you to a refund or partial credit.
- Stripe subscriptions: Kaiora does not provide automatic refunds once a billing period begins.
- Apple App Store or Google Play: Refunds follow the policies of those platforms.
Kaiora reserves the right to issue refunds at its discretion where required by law.
5. Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, designs, and technology associated with Kaiora are owned by Kaiora Inc. or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute any materials without written permission.
6. User Conduct
- Do not interfere with or misuse the Services or integrations.
- Do not reverse-engineer or attempt to compromise security.
- Do not post or share unlawful, misleading, or infringing content.
Violating these Terms may result in suspension or termination of your account.
7. Health Disclaimer
Kaiora does not provide medical advice. All recommendations, insights, and scores are for general wellness and informational purposes only. You assume full responsibility for any actions taken based on Kaiora’s content.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kaiora Inc. and its affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of data, health outcomes, or revenue. Kaiora’s total liability shall not exceed the subscription fees paid in the 12 months preceding your claim.
9. Termination
You may delete your account or cancel your subscription at any time. Kaiora may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or misuse the Services.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Users in other regions (EU, UK, Australia) retain rights under local consumer protection laws.
